The problem

Rework is the Symptom. Poor Communication is Often the Cause.

About half of construction rework traces back to poor project data and miscommunication (FMI/PlanGrid, 2018). Crews don't get what they need, when they need it, to do the job right the first time. So good people do the wrong thing believing it's the right thing, and the job pays to do it twice.

h

The Huddle Doesn't Reach Everyone

Foremen hear the plan of the day. Their crews get it secondhand, if at all.

Instructions Go Stale

Plans, specs and site conditions change after the morning briefing is given.

\

One Language, Many Crews

Crews that speak many languages get their instructions in one.

No Record of What was Said

When something goes wrong, no one can prove what the worker was actually told.

Our approach

Put the Instruction Where the Work Happens—No Tapping, No Reading, No Remembering.

No app to open, no document to find, no sign-in sheet. A supervisor writes or records the instruction once and pins it to a spot on the site map. When a worker walks into that spot, their phone plays it automatically, in their language. The record is captured on its own, not by data entry.

The result

The Right Knowledge at the Right Moment and Proof They Got it.

Just in Time

The instruction arrives at the moment and place the work happens, not hours earlier at the huddle.

Right the First Time

Built to cut rework at its source which is the moment a crew decides what to do.

A Record that Builds Itself

Every delivery becomes an Execution Envelope: who arrived, which zone, when, for how long and exactly which instruction played.

Knowledge that Stays on the Job

The instructions experienced supervisors give every day are captured, so know-how isn't lost when people move on or retire. An AI agent built into the dashboard reads the records and shows patterns across crews and trade partners.

How it works

The Execution Envelope System

Simple hardware, no IT integration. It runs beside whatever the job already uses.

01 Mark the Zones

Small Bluetooth beacons mark zones indoors; GPS marks them outside. Peel and stick. No Wi-Fi mapping.

02 Author the Instruction

A supervisor clicks the map, types or records what to say, and chooses who hears it: one person, one trade, or everyone. Translations are generated for the languages the site needs.

03 Walk in, Hear it

When a worker walks into the zone, their phone plays the audio instruction in their language. Nothing to tap or open.

04 The Record Builds Itself

Every arrival becomes an Execution Envelope. It proves presence and delivery. It is not a tracking app. Patent-pending.

05 Available as an SDK

The OnSite engine can bolt onto your existing platform, or run separately in our own app.

For Software Platforms

The OnSite engine is an SDK for iOS and Android. Add it to your own app, or use ours. If your platform already holds your customers' sites, crews or work orders, we'd like to talk about putting passive, location-triggered instructions inside it.
